Description:
The purpose of this contract is a scheduling, coordination and site management mission relating to the restructuring of the day school and administration at the Rabelais high school in Fontenay le Comte. The Francois Rabelais high school, opened in 1968, has already been the subject of major work campaigns. The establishment was the subject of a master plan type programming study in 2003-2004. These preliminary studies prioritized the needs in the form of distinct operations, which were voted on and, for the first two, completed: 1st Workshops (completed in July 2014, for a cost final cost of the operation of €9.1 million), 2nd Boarding schools (completed in February 2018, for a final cost of the operation of €11.5 million), The last phase, for reception, administration and day school, is the subject of this operation.
