- This consultation concerns the renewal of the market aimed at the dematerialization and outsourcing of documentary processes for the needs of the companies in'li Ile de France, in'li Property Management, in'li aura, in'li Grand Est, in'li Paca and In'li Sud-Ouest constituted inGroup of orders.
It implies the conclusion of a framework agreement to order form on behalf of the members of the order group so that either outsourcing part of their impressions:
- either by a total or partial dematerialization of the documents;
- either by outsourcingprinting and postal distribution.
The solution must allow the resumption of already outsourced flows and the launch of projects according to several axes as defined in the specific technical clauses (CCTP)
