- The work consists of the repair of the primary district heating network in the substation, at the expense and risk of the holder of the initial contract. Optimization of 5 primary substations. The work is subject to the application of the European Pressure Equipment Directive and the Code of the construction of Industrial Pipes. They will be carried out on an occupied site and will require the heating to be turned off. Consequently, they must be carried out outside the heating periods (period from June to August included)
