- The purpose of this consultation is the award of contracts allowing the exercise by the successful holder of the valet and valet activity, the handling, conveying, parking and return of passenger vehicles, by staff dedicated in specific public reception and operating areas of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. Operation of the valet and valet activity for passengers at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. Supporting Contracts the activity are granted for a period of 7 years, renewable three times per period of one year, will have an effective date of October 1, 2026 and the latest expiry date of October 1, 2036. The purpose of these Contracts is to describe the terms and conditions according to which the areas necessary for the activity are made available to the successful holder and operated by him at Paris - Charles de Gaulle airport. These contracts set out in particular the terms under which the successful holder pays Aéroports de Paris rents and is remunerated by marketing services to customers. In addition, these Contracts specify the conditions of membership of the future holder as (i) Seller on the Extime Marketplace, (ii) Partner of the Extime Rewards loyalty program and, (iii) Non-exclusive licensed user of the “Extime” brand.
