Description:
The PFI type contract (Service - Package - Interest) concerns the operation of thermal installations (heating, ECS, air conditioning, ventilation) of buildings and built properties in the Hauts-de-Seine department - (excluding colleges) with implementation following services:
. Benefitions of services (P2) with energy management and profit-sharing clauses:
Operating, driving, maintenance, on-call services, preventive and corrective maintenance of installations
. Major maintenance and renewal services , with transparent management, of facilities objets of this contract (P3)
. Carrying out work to bring compliance and improvement to the installations covered by the contract (on BPU or subsequent contract).
Places of execution: departmental buildings (excluding colleges).
The contract includes also an incentive clause for energy savingse for the most important buildings (cited in the CCTP annex).
Fixed estimate 290,000 euro(s) excluding tax for P2 and 195,000 euro(s) excluding tax for annual P3, i.e. 1,940,000 euro(s) excluding tax for 4 years
Estimate for the purchase order part of 35,000 euro(s) excluding tax annually, or 140,000 euro(s)Excl. VAT for 4 years
Overall estimate for the duration of the contract: 2,080,000 euro(s) excl. VAT
Lot n1: Sites in the North of the department and outside the Department
Various buildings located in the north of the Hauts de department Seine and sites located outside the department
