The constitutive agreement of June 17, 2016 sets up the Groupement Hospitalier du Nord Dauphine (GHND) bringing together the Pierre Oudot Hospital Center, designated "support establishment" and the following "party" establishments:
- Morestel Intercommunal Hospital Center
- Yves Touraine Hospital Center in Pont-de-Beauvoisin
- La Tour du Pin Hospital Center
Within the framework of its legal competence (article L.6132-3 of the Public Health Code), the establishment support is conducting this consultation for the benefit of all GHND members.
This consultation concerns the maintenance and operation of technical installations for heating, domestic hot water, ventilation and air conditioning in the establishments of the Nord Dauphine Hospital Group.
THE This contract is of type PF (Lump-sum Service) and PFI (Lump-sum Service with profit-sharing).
This is an operating market without supply of fuel comprising:
- Support for installations,
- Operation of installations and small maintenance work (P2),
- A troubleshooting and repair service with on-call duty 7 days a week, 24 hours a day,
- Major maintenance and renewal of equipment (P3) transparent type GER (Major Maintenance Repair).
