Description:
This consultation follows procedures declared without further action and bearing the references: - 2025-3DTM-0002 (initial procedure 73 lots) - 2025-3DTM-0181 (procedure 18 lots). This consultation only concerns lot 18. Consequently, given the obligation to ensure continuity of the public school transport service, in accordance with article R2161-3 of the public procurement code, the normal deadlines for receiving applications and offers are made impracticable. The contracting authority therefore reduces the deadline for submitting offers to 15 days. The award procedure of this framework agreement, which will be entrusted to school transport companies, is broken down into 161 lines spread over 73 lots. The service consists of implementing the school transport circuits concerned following the routes and times defined in the specifications. THE The estimated number of days of operation for the 2025-2026 school year, given as an indication, could be established as follows: - For middle and high schools: 175 days/year - For primary schools: 140 days/year - 1 outward journey (morning/1 return evening) per day according to the school calendar services are allocated, each lot being a framework agreement with purchase orders accompanied by a minimum and a maximum expressed in quantity specified below: - Lots 26, 30, 35, 40, 47, 56, 57 Minimum 540 days - Maximum 680 days - Other lots Minimum 660 days - Maximum 820 days
