- The services to be provided are as follows:
- "Top of quay" management:
- Guarding, reception and assistance in sorting waste;
- Reception of waste and its handling;
- The quality control of the nature of the waste;
- Monitoring, maintenance and general cleaning of the wasteite and equipment;
- The assignment of personnel responsible for the proper functioning of the installations.
- "Bottom of quay" management:
- The supply of skips and waste reception equipment and all their accessories;
- The transport and unloading of the different waste streams definedin this CCTP towards recovery and treatment sites;
- The treatment of hazardous waste.
- The provision of skips for green waste from CTM (Municipal Technical Centers), CTC (Community Technical Centers) and quays of metropolitan transfers (or any other site in the territory of Saint-Etienne Metropole) as well as the transport of these skips to the outlet
