Description:
The passing procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement without a minimum and with maximum has applied in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The maximum amount is 1,000,000 euros HT on the total duration of the framework agreement. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. There is no planned decomposition in lots. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 20 monthsFor the field part (excavation) from the date fixed in service order. The deadline for the delivery of the final report to the S.R.A. is set at 24 months after the completion date of the phaseterrain
