The purpose of this consultation is to designate a project manager for the operation of developing a connection road between the ZAC Oasis and the so-called Sulauze bar in the territories of the communes of Istres and Miramas, as part of a work mandate entrusted by the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis to SOLEAM, by deliberation of the Metropolitan Council on October 10, 2024. The project is the creation of a road news on a land base which will be made available to the agent by the principal. - the ZAC Oasis at its northern end - the CARBON project to the west - the centralized SNCF security station to the north and to connect these sites au so-called Sulauze bar (built by CD13) to the south via a roundabout to be created for this purpose on this structure. metropolitan recommendations (uses, including active travel modes), technical constraints of the site (topography, hydraulics) et to the issues set by the principal (environment, urban quality, dewaterproofing).
