- Description:
- Service concession relating to the delegation of public service for the operation, management and maintenance of the multi-reception early childhood establishment (60 places) located 33-35 rue Roger Mirassou in Bordeaux, i.e. the Crèche Mirassou. The main ones missions entrusted to the Delegate are the reception of children aged from 10 weeks to 3 years, either on a regular or occasional basis; the management and operation of the establishment; the management of the establishment (staff management, administrative, technical, commercial); responsibility for relations with users and any partners; the control, upkeep, renewal and maintenance of structures, exterior spaces, materials and equipment. The Crib must be open at least for forty-seven (47) weeks per year (closed three consecutive weeks from the week of July 14, the week of Christmas and one week to be fixed over the year excluding the months of July and August), from Monday to Friday minimum and with a minimum working hours of 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Delegate manages the multi-reception establishment at its own risk, in accordance with the regulations in force and the stipulations of the contract.
