Description:
This is an ordinary public contract remunerated by application of a global, fixed and revisable price. However, part of the services will be carried out according to the purchasing technique of the mixed single-awardee framework agreement with no minimum amount. and with a maximum amount of 70,000 euros excluding taxover the total duration of the public contract in application of the provisions of articles L.2125-1 1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. The services will be remunerated by application to the quantities actually executed of the unit, firm and final prices set in the ScheduleUnit Prices (Bpu) (purchase order part) and a global and fixed price, firm and final, unless otherwise stated in the subsequent contract(s) (for the subsequent contract part)
