Description:
The mission of operating driver, the characteristics of which are described at CCTP, focuses essentially on legal, financial, technical and procedural support until obtaining funding, launch of the global market, the realization and operation of the boiler room and theHeat network. The provisional start date of the services is set at the beginning of July 2025 for a forecast period of 42 months. The provisional work envelope is stopped at 1,500,000Euro (s) excl. The contracting authority reserves the right to subsequently entrust the holderof the market, in application of articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the public procurement code, one or more new markets aimed at the provision of similar services. Revenue and modifications clauses are indicated in the administrative clause notebookparticular.
