- The purpose of this consultation is the operation of collective heating and electric domestic hot water production and distribution installations (lot E3).
This contract includes services treated at a mixed price, including a part at a fixed price and a part at fixed price. units processed with purchase orders in accordance with articles R 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code.
The basic flat-rate contract is of the PFI type (flat-rate service with financial interest on energy savings achieved).
Services at unit prices will be performed upon the occurrence of needs within the following limits:
- minimum amount: without
- maximum annual amount: 110,000 euros excluding tax
- maximum amount over the total duration of the contract (5 years): 550,000 euros excluding tax
