Description:
This involves welcoming and guiding users, coordinating with the transport company for emptying the boxes and maintaining the CINOR recycling centers. In addition to the assignment of reception agents to each site during opening hours, as mentioned in the article II.1.4 of this opinion; The service provider must: - Make certain equipment available, - manage movable and immovable property, - complete the information provided to users by the Community, - ensure the proper reception of waste (rigorous control of incoming and outgoing waste), - implement the special fee via prepaid tickets, - produce monitoring and results documents. The service provider must be responsible for: - The supply of movable goods necessary for the proper functioning of the site (office furniture, current supplies.), - consumption current (water, electricity, telephone, insurance, etc.) - costs linked to the maintenance of the site (routine maintenance and renewal of installations in the event of deterioration) - administrative costs linked to monitoring the service. -The technical specifications are described in the clauses book specific techniques (CCTP).
