Description:
The purpose of this contract is to carry out operating and maintenance services for climate engineering and water treatment installations, including water treatment for basins, plumbing and strong currents for the 3 Cities swimming pool managed by the SYNDICAT INTERCOMMUNAL DES 3 CITIES (HEM, ROUBAIX and LYS-LEZ-LANNOY). DHW production and distribution installations * Solar DHW production installations as a whole from the collectors until storage tank including peripheral accessories and associated heat pump. lifting * Cold water networks and water treatment stations including those associated with basins * Ventilation installations (VMC) and of air treatment as a whole * High current installations: TGBT and lighting installations for the entire swimming pool and associated offices * Plumbing installations (toilets, showers, sinks, prestos, water retention tanks) The installations concerned are distributed over a main site (swimming pool) and an annex site (administrative building).
