Description:
The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices. The object of the market is to have an incumbent ensured: the following services whose execution methods are detailed at CCTP: - P2 PF PFI: Maintenance, Driving, Monitoring and Control of Technical Installations (Y Including the supply of water treatment products) - P5: realization of work excluding package, this market provides for the simultaneous realization of four objectives: - the supply to users of a continuity of service and comfort, maintenance and maintenance in perfect condition of operation and maintenance of the equipment he is responsible for, - the search for energy savings with interest, - advice to the contracting authority for monitoring installations and the development of work programs intended to improve energy performance, - sites safety. The market Contains a profit -sharing clause applied to heating consumption. The services give rise to a market concluded at mixed prices with a party in order with unit prices and a part at a global and flat -rate price: - an ordinary part for regular services ; -Another part in the context of purchase orders, with maximum (960,000 Euro (s) HT), in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code, for other services necessary
