Description:
This consultation will be the subject of a mixed and composite framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a part treated in the form of an ordinary market, and a part treated in the form of a framework agreement with order form.
The ordinary market part concerns The operation and maintenance of air conditioning-ventilation installations of the city's municipal buildings and is a lump sum price.
All the sites and equipment under the market is described in annexes 1 and 2 of the clauses notebook Particular exploitation (CCTP).
The framework agreement to order formalates corresponds to a framework agreement with maximum, which entered into articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code, which sets the conditions of execution of services And runs as the order of order orders are issued.
