- The purpose of this contract is to entrust the designated Operator with the operation of the thermal installations with major maintenance, of the two SIPAPER Residences
The operation of thermal installations includes:
- The production of heating and domestic hot water,
- Distribution and heating emission,
- Distribution of domestic hot water,
- The following additional services:
1. Cold water supplying the filling heating network
2. For the distribution of heating and DHW
3. Filters, individual DHW production devices
4. Ventilation and Treatment air
5. Gas, DHW and heat meters
6. Sludge pots and water treatments
7. Control cabinets
- Water treatment (heating and DHW network)
- Remote monitoring / remote management for the sites concerned
