Description:
Provision of collective catering services in administrative restaurants managed by AAFIP 13 and ASCRI
Lot 1 - Restaurants managed by AAFIP 13
Phase 1
During this first phase, the holder will provide the following services:
• Manufacturing and on -site service of meals at within the restaurants of Borde and Saint-Barnabe,
• Manufacture of meals in the kitchen of the Borde site, followed by the delivery in cold connection and the on-site service of meals in the restaurant of Saint-Anne.
Phase 2 (Declement in service order)
From the entry into force of the Second phase, and following the closure of the Saint-Anne site, the services will be reorganized as follows:
• Manufacturing and on-site service of meals in restaurants in Borde and Saint-Barnabe;
• Closure of the Saint-Anne restaurant, the guests of this site being welcomed and taken in Load on the Borde site.
Each phase gives rise to the specific price application, mentioned in the unit price slip (BPU) and taken up in the estimated quantitative detail (DQE), these documents clearly distinguishing the two phases in a separate manner.
