- OPERATING - MAINTENANCE OF COLD, AIR CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION INSTALLATIONS AND EQUIPMENT for the needs of the Reunion University Hospital sites - North site & SOUTH sites - and GHER (ST ANDRE/ST BENOIT)
This is a framework agreement for single-award alloti services (divided into 8 lots technical/geographical consisting of ensuring the provision of operation and maintenance services for technical installations and refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) equipment in order to meet the needs of the north and south sites of the CHU de la Reunion and the GHER in compliance with security policy.
The Holders of the various lots are required to permanently ensure the proper functioning, performance and safety equipment falling within their respective scope, as defined in the previous articles. They must guarantee the ambient conditions, of regulation and production compatible with hospital uses and the constraints of the tropical climate.
Maintenance defects having an impact on performance or air or water quality are the responsibility of the Holder, who must immediately initiate the necessary corrective measures, including associated requalifications or re-compliance.
