Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
The services are settled by unit and fixed prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.
P2 services
Conduct, routine maintenance, repairs of equipmentheating, domestic hot water production, air conditioning and ventilation installations:
Heating installations: boiler rooms (production of heating and domestic hot water) and technical premises, distribution networks, transmitters
Heating installations el type heater"direct" electric: all electric heating type installations100 liters
Air conditioning installations: chilled water production units, heat pumps, VRV type installations, split system type air conditioners and air treatment units.
Water treatment installations
Water treatment installations ventilation include the central tair treatment, fan coils, air heaters and fire dampers associated with ventilation equipment
This framework agreement sets all the conditions for the execution of the services, it is executed progressively as the issuance of purchase orders issued by the contracting authority.
