Description:
Operation: Partial technical upgrading of the Tokyo Palace The main objective of the operation is to renovate the clos-covered and the very current installations and replace the asbestos elements during a work operation which will take place during the closure of the Tokyo palace and which should be reduced as much as possible. If the conditions of realization allow it, work on low current installations as well as on heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment may be envisaged. The aim of this work is to improve performance Environmental building consistent with the possible level of intervention with regard to the constraints of the site, as well as the thermal comfort of the workspaces. The operation is described in the detailed technical program (PTD) attached to the business consultation file (DCE). The operation is a first category operation which requires a level I coordinator.
