Service contract for contracting authority for the construction of 143 collective dwellings - Operation Les Granites
THE Present market is to carry out a project management assistance mission for the construction of 143 rental homes 107 LLTS and 36 lls and 143 parking spaces.
The budget is capped at € 240,000.00.
The operation will take place in the ZAC Carobole in the town of Koungou.
THE Holder will support the contracting authority in the programming, consultation and/or companies consultation phases, monitoring studies and control of the proper execution of the project until its reception.
The expected services include:
• Master's needs analysis of work and the development of the functional and technical program;
• preparation of consultation files and analysis of offers;
• Project management assistance (meetings, coordination, reporting);
• Monitoring studies and works until receipt and lifting of reserves.
The requirements minimal relates in particular to:
• AMO proven experience for construction operations of equivalent complexity;
• the ability to provide continuous assistance over the duration of the operation;
• The mobilization of a competent multidisciplinary team.
