- T2 improvement project OPC Purpose of the project: The contract is initiated by Marseille Provence Airport, with a view to designating the OPC which will be responsible for the mission relating to the work to modernize the functions of Terminal 2 at Marseille Provence Airport. The scope of the project includes: -The modernization of airport functions and reconfiguration of existing ones on the City side -The modernization of airport functions and reconfiguration of existing ones on the runway side -Modernization of functions airports and reconfiguration of baggage sorting -The reconfiguration of aircraft stations The OPC will be entrusted with the missions of organization, planning, coordination and management of the Terminal 2 Modernization project in the design study phase, execution and site study: OPC mission in design phase -Involved in all phases of design study (APS/APD/AVP/PRO), building permit (filing of a phased permit) and ACT, -Establishment of the general calendar the operation, -Responsible for the organizational and temporal parts of the general planning of the operation, -Determination of detailed phasing schedules allowing visualization of the spatial organization of the work, continuity of operation and planning of the operation in conjunction with the Project Management, OPC mission in DCE phase -Drafting parts of the tender documents relating to deadlines, phasing of work, constraints, etc.
