- RTE is looking for a company able to provide Offshore Client Representative (OCR). Reputable and qualified OCR are required in order to monitor and follow the offshore works performed by the EPC Cable Contractor (CTR). They will represent and act on behalf of RTE. Competent personnel will also be required for the Tenderer position. Tenderer shall provide relevant CV-s of OCR as part of their tender submission.
