Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the purpose of the printing and supply of documents of small and medium formats intended for institutional communication from the Pays de la Loire region (leaflets type publishing documents, brochures, cards ... but also small or medium format posters) except Communication documents relating to the regional transport network (Aleop) which are subject to a separate framework agreement.
It is concluded for a period of 12 months renewable 3 times per Tacitus renewal for a new period of 12 months without its duration being able to exceed 48 months.
He can therefore perform by means of orders on the basis of the prices indicated in the unit price slip but also by means of subsequent markets which may be: either at a global and flat -rate price; either at unit prices; or at mixed prices.
The framework agreement is mono-attribute.
The minimum and maximum cumulative amounts of orders and subsequent markets that can be carried out within the framework of this Framework agreement are defined as follows: minimum amount: 10,000 euros HTVA for 12 months; Maximum amount: 100,000 euros HTVA for 12 months.
