Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are paid by unit prices.
This is a framework agreement by order group, in application of articles L. 2113-6 and following of the public procurement code, consisting between the Agglomeration Community Val d'Yerres Val de Seine (Cavyvs), the municipalities of Epinay under Senart, Vigneux-sur-Seine, Yerres and the CCAS of Vigneux.
CAVYVS coordinates this group until the notification of this Consultation, whose execution and regulation are the individual responsibility of members Audit Grouping.
It is understood that the members of the group are designated by the documents of the consultation under the term of the member.
All references to brands are given to Indicative title. The holder can offer equivalent supplies in accordance with article R.2111-7 of the public procurement code.
