Description:
the services expected are explained in the Special Technical Clauses Book (C.C.T.P) and its various appendices. The procurement procedure is open invitation to tender, in accordance with articles L. 2124-1 and L. 2124-2 as well as R.2113-4 to R.2113-6, R. 2124-2, R. 2161 -2, R. 2161-3,R. 2161-4, R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The minimum and maximum amounts of the operation over the total duration of the framework agreement (i.e. 30 firm months) are as follows: 9,263,462.50 euro(s) (excluding tax) (i.e. 11,116,155 euro(s) including tax) for the total maximum amount over the total duration of the agreementd-frame.
