The expected services are explained in the Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P) and its various appendices. The award procedure is open invitation to tender, in accordance with Articles L. 2124-1 and L. 2124-2 as well as R.2113-4 to R.2113-6, R. 2124-2, R 2161-2, R.2161-3, R. 2161-4, R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The Minimum And Maximum Amounts Of The Operation Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement (i.e. 30 Firm Months) Are The Following: 9,263,462.50 Euro(s) H.T (i.e. 11,116,155 Euro(s) T.T.C) For The Total Maximum Amount Over The Total Duration Of The Accord-Frame (All Slices Combined).
