Description:
The expected services are explained in the specific technical clauses (C.C.T.P) and its various annexes. The award procedure is an open call for tenders, in accordance with Articles L. 2124-1 and L. 2124-2 as well as R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2, R. 2161-3, R. 2161 -4, R.2161-5Of the Public Order Code. In accordance with Article R. 2162-2 Paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement sets all contractual stipulations. It will be executed as purchase orders are issued, according to the stipulations of Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-1.4 of the Public Order Code. This Framework Agreement is Single-Applicant.
