- The purpose of this framework agreement is to digitize individual agents (DIA) files in the Pays de la Loire region.
More specifically, this is the digitization of all or part of the stock of individual HR agents in view:
1/ the implementation of digital dias in the tool ofGed to come
2/ the destruction of paper stock.
Numerization of individual files agents
This is a mixed framework agreement (article R21623 of the public procurement code); it will therefore be able to execute by means of orders on the basis of the price indicated in the unit price slip butalso by means of subsequent markets. The framework agreement is mono-attribute and is supervised by the minimum and maximum amounts below
Defined:
-Minimum amount: 50,000 euros HTVA for 12 months
-Maximum amount: 250,000 euros HTVA for 12 months
