Description:
The market will consist of:
-The requalification and the realization of new access to the hospital and to the new extension;
-The creation of new parking areas, forecourt, drop-off, and road traffic associated with the new hospital;
-The demolition of certain existing works for the creation of these new ways;
-The construction of a new extension connected to the existing establishment, envisaged on 7 levels;
-The thermal renovation of the existing building, in particular by thermal insulation of the envelope from the outside and the replacement of exterior joinery.
THE Site of the Auch Hospital Center will be occupied and active during all the work envisaged.

The indicative forecast calendar is established as follows:
-AAPC EVERYOD: September 2025.
-Remitted applications: October 2025.

-Prose proposals Initials: March 2026.
-Phase negotiations until receipt of the final offer: end of July 2026
-Livration of works: 2029/2030.
