This advertisement is carried out in application of article L.2122-1-1 of the CG3P. Interested operators are invited to manifest themselves in writing, at the email address mentioned below, at the latest at the deadline indicated. The candidates' proposal must be written in the language French (or accompanied by a translation) and include the elements indicated below (application file).
The events of interest received on the date indicated below will be studied and validated by the company concessionaire of motorways according to the technical feasibility of the projects, and their adequacy to the major management rules of the DPAC.
In the event that several operators manifest themselves, following the publication of this notice, the Concessionaire Society of Highway will base its choice on the following elements (without order of priority and without weighting):
There project quality;
The implementation of a sustainable development approach;
The economic viability of the project;
The proposed amount of the fee.

Candidate's experience on similar projects;
There candidate's financial capacity;
The organization of the candidate;
Certificate of liability, operating and professional liability insurance during valid;
