Description:
This consultation concerns the construction of the "Le Moulon" river crossing work as part of the creation of the northwest ring road of Bourges. The contract includes a firm edge and an optional tranche defined in the specifications. The overall duration ofmarket is 60 months from notification. The market execution time is 270 calendar days for the firm tranche; 45 calendar days for the optional tranche n 1, or 315 calendar days in total. The execution of each tranche begins from the date fixed by the orderof service prescribing to start the work of each of them. The candidate's attention is drawn to the fact that the work on the optional tranche n 1 can only take place after the end of the earthworks /road work of the said section 3 (last section of the North-West Rocadede Bourges), in 2028. The services are regulated by unit and flat -rate prices
