- The Mixed Syndicat Ports de Normandie and the Mixed Syndicate of Ports in Seine-Maritime have decided to create a group of orders, for the joint consultation of dredging companies for the maintenance of the depths of the port of Dieppe, Le Treport, Fecamp, Caen and Ouistreham-Cherbourg, Saint Valery-en-Caux and Le Havre-Peche. The realization is part of the respective operating budgets of each client. At the end of the consultation each member of the group signs a framework agreement for work orders with the providers (s) for the lot and the quantities corresponding to its needs and ensures its execution. The market is valid for 1 year and tacitly renewable three consecutive times, per period of one year, for a maximum duration of 4 years. The company holding the market undertakes to carry out the orders synchronized by the coordinator following work (PN).
