• The duration of the framework agreement is one year from notification. It is renewable 3 times per period of one year, i.e. 4 years maximum. This is a mixed price framework agreement, part fixed price and part purchase orders (price units). In view of the inseparable services, the framework agreement is not allocated. The framework agreement has as a minimum the fixed part and a maximum of 300,000 euros excluding tax per year (including 30,000 euros for the CCAS). No variation is planned, nor option.
