Description:
A set built in R+2 with the architecture of the center-shield type integrating into the patrimonial built of Quincieux. This set will accommodate a residence of around forty social housing dedicated to seniors of around 2,200m2 SDP, activity premises for around 600m2 SU and a health houseMultiprofessional of approximately 595 m2 Su. The set will be high on a partial basement level of around 50 places.
The operation will benefit from an NF Habitat HQE or BEE label and will respond to the Grand Lyon Sustainable Habitat benchmark.
The forecast date for starting the services of the marketProject management is scheduled for November 2025.
Forecast dates: Start of the work in May 2027. Duration of the work of 24 months. The planned missions: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, DET, AOR and GPA + VISA and partial execution studies (limited to quantitatives and fluids).
