Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to retain a provider team which will, within the framework of the agreement relating to the new urban renewal program (NPNRU) of Metz Metropole, and on the QPV scale La Patrotte Metz-Nord: 1. A mission of urban planner consulting; 2. A mission assistance to user mastery; 3. A project management mission of public spaces. Skills of the team o Urbanism (strategic, operational and regulatory) o Urban ecology, biodiversity o Landscape o Building, architecture, housing o Public spaces o Studies and monitoring of works Infrastructure (networks and roads) o Hydrology, alternative management of rainwater o Project economy o Urban thermal modeling (not compulsory but appreciated skill) o Mobility (soft modes, flows) o Urban lighting o Concertation of the inhabitants The urban planner will be the agent compulsory for each team formed. Applicants must make a site visit. The elements are defined in the consultation regulations. The market is subject to a lump sum and a mixed framework agreement in application of articles R2162-3 and following of the code public procurement
