Description:
This market "Second-work and technical statements" is part of the project to develop an R+4 building of the order of 18,500 m2 in connection with the isthmus and the central body of the 2nd terminal of CDG airport.
Its purpose is the implementation of technical trades and finish work. These are mostly concentrated on level 0 which brings together the main technical and operating rooms and level 1 which has an SDP surface of almost 4,800 m2
The market is cut mainly into technical batch defined as follows:
- sublot Interior metalwork and locksmith
- Carpentry sublot
- sublot partitions, dubbing and suspended ceilings
- Painting sublot
- Flexible floor coverings sublot
- Sublot flooring, hard walls
- Low voltage sublot
- CFA sublot
The general dimensions of the building are as follows:
• West facade = 44 m
• South facade = 87 m
• East facade = 66 m up to N01, 32 m at N02 and 27 m to the roof.
• North facade = 84.67 m (including walkways).
• Acroter height = 27 m
The building constitutes an establishment receiving the public (ERP) of 1st category which can receive 3906 Persons for aerogarer use of the R143-20 (without type defined by the security regulations) and housing annex-type L and N (Compagnie Salon), type W (Police Salon) and PS type (vehicle parking park the first Air France).
