These services are processed in separate batches. The nature of the services is detailed in the DCE CCTP. These services are broken down into the following lots: -Lot 01- Plumbing -Lot 02 - Ventilation -Lot 03 - Small masonry and miscellaneous works (lot main) -Lot 04 - Repair of exterior joinery -Lot 05 - Waterproofing -Lot 06 - Washing and partial renovation of facades -Lot 07 - Second work -Lot 08 - Electricity Variants imposed by the representative of the contracting authority: Not applicable None variant is not imposed, Free variants at the initiative of the candidate: (optional) Free variants at the initiative of the candidate are only authorized for Lot 05 - Waterproofing at the level of the roof cooling process only (article 2.5.4 of the CCTP of the lot 05-Waterproofing). It is only permitted to offer one free variation for this item. The admissibility of the free variant offer is conditional on the submission of a mandatory basic offer. Any variants proposed should be subject to an act of commitment, as well as a specific brief and a cost estimate, separate from the basic offer. The choice of the free variants proposed and retained will be made at the time of the analysis of the offers. These will be integrated into the market before its notification.
