This consultation concerns, first, the proposal of technical and functional solutions making it possible to achieve the objectives defined in the functional program, then, the manufacture, the supply, the implementationand the connection of hydrotherapy baths in hydroban and aerobans cabins, located at R+3 of the thermal establishment in Balaruc-les-Bains.
This market also concerns the removal and evacuation of existing equipment to be replaced, including disconnection to networksExisting (water, electricity, compressed air) to be reused by the new equipment to be installed.
Removal will take place upon closing the establishment, ie:
- From December 14, 2026 for phase 1
- From December 13, 2027 for phase 2.
The implementation of new equipment(including various connections) must be completed for February 08, 2027 for phase 1 and for February 07, 2028 for phase 2.
It is requested the supply of 80 standard size baths and 16 larger baths
