Market for the conclusion of a real estate promotion contract for the construction of 30 intermediate rental housing units - Operation "Reef lodges" - Mamoudzou (976)
This consultation is to select an economic operator with which the SIM will conclude a contract Real estate promotion with a view to ensuring the design, carrying out and delivery of the so-called reef lodges, which consists in building 30 intermediate dwellings and 30 car parks on a land located at a place called Papaya Square, belonging to SIM in Mamoudzou, Cadastre T 2144-DO (000 BC 546).

The real estate promotion contract is a contract governed by the provisions of articles L. 221-1 et seq. Of the Construction and Housing Code (CCH), and more specifically articles R. 222-1 to R. 222-14 of this code with regard to real estate promotion contracts having for the purpose of making buildings for residential or professional use and housing.
This contract is analyzed as a public work market within the meaning of article L. 1111-2 of the public procurement code.
