- -Form of the framework agreement (see Art 3-2 of the consultation regulations) This consultation will give rise to the establishment of a framework agreement at unit prices. The lots are mono-attribute and executed by the emission of purchase orders. The amounts of each batch are identical for each renewal period. The City of Le Havre is not engaged by any minimum amount in the context of the execution of this framework agreement. The maximum amounts are set at 4.1.1 of this RC. The services must be performed under all the conditions set by this framework agreement. - lots (Cf.
