- Enedis wishes to set up a new national market to continue and strengthen the new national plan for the elimination of transformers from the period 1987-1994 potentially polluted with PCB, it is necessary to launch a campaign of measures and analyzes of insulating oils across the entire fleet concerned, i.e. approximately 138,000 MV/LV transformers currently in operation. The objective is to determine the PCB content of each transformer, in accordance with current regulations, and to guarantee the traceability of results over the entire duration of the plan. The contract holder must: · Carry out analyzes of insulating oil samples using the gas chromatography method, · Deliver results that meet requirements regulatory, · Keep the samples until 12/31/2040, · You must have COFRAC accreditation to carry out the analyses. This market is part of an approach to environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance. He covers an estimated volume of 138,000 analyzes spread over a period of 10 years (2026-2035). It will be structured in two phases: · An initial period of 2.5 years, extendable by 2 optional years until 2030, · A renewal in 2030, allowing volumes to be adjusted based on initial results and progress of the plan.
