Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the provision of travel agency services for the professional trips of agents in the Pays de la Loire, regional advisers, members of the regional social and environmental council (CERSER), and external persons Invited, in France, in Europe or internationally.
It is concluded for a period of 12 months renewable three times, by tacit renewal, for a new period of 12 months without that its duration cannot exceed 48 months.
He will therefore be able to execute by means of orders on the basis of the prices indicated in the unit price slip but also by means of subsequent markets which may be :- either at a global and flat price;- either at unit prices;- or at mixed prices.
The framework agreement is mono-attribute.
The minimum and maximum cumulative amounts of orders and subsequent markets that can be carried out within the framework of this framework agreement are defined as follows: minimum amount : 300,000 euros HTVA for 12 months;
Maximum amount: 1,250,000 euros HTVA for 12 months
