Description:
The project management mission will include the following elements:
Basic mission: ESQ-APS-APD-PRO-ACT-VISA-DE-AOR
Amount of the financial envelope allocated to the work: 4,300,400 euros HT [on a basis of 2,000 euro (s) HT/m2 shab built for accommodation (2,060m2 shab) and 1,100 euro (s) HT/m2 of SU built for commercial premises (164 m2 SU)]
The operation will have to reach a level of performance RE2020 thresholds 2025.
Market duration (studies and works): 43 months (GPA not included).
Provisional start of the project management mission: January 2026.
The group will be must be composed of the following skills:
Architecture (architect or architectural firm), Hydraulic calculation/EP management, structure, thermal-energy-energy, construction economics, acoustics and landscapers.
The grouping representative (architect) must belong exclusively to a single team.
Other economic operators will be able to present themselves in several teams.
Prohibition to present several offers by acting both as individual candidates and members of several groups
