The purpose of this consultation is to designate a designer-builder group who will be responsible for carrying out the design studies, ensuring the completion of the work, monitoring the site, managing and improving the energy performance of the buildings.
Design-construction for the restructuring of an independent residence into an intergenerational residence:
- 8 Concarneau: 1 building dedicated to an Autonomy Residence, managed by the CCAS with 45 planned housing units
(Housing restructured to offer new typologies, surfaces and comfort adapted to the new needs of residents)
- 6 Concarneau: 1 building dedicated to a Young Workers' Home (young people from 16 to 30 years old), managed by Edit de Nantes with 52 planned housing units
- Shared spaces (living space, laundry, etc.) and 1 intergenerational restaurant
The use of these common spaces was defined as part of a common project built in a partnership and participatory manner between these two managers.
- A Third Place for neighborhood community life
