This equipment will welcome: - a departmental medico -social center born from the group of PMS of Cluses and Scionzier, - The Housing Service of the City of Cluses, - A France Service house, - a tertiary space that can be rented at France Work. The project management market will includeA basic building mission (sketch/APS/APD/PRO/EXE1/ACT/EXE2/DET/AOR), with complementary missions: - Coordination of fire safety systems (CSSI), - support for the definition and development of signage, - ordering, management and coordination, - follow -upbuilding energy for 2 years after delivery. A BIM model will also be required for each phase. Envelope allocated to work: 6,650,000 euros HT (value April 2025).
