The future developer's mission will be to carry out all the studies necessary for the development of regulatory files and to carry out its development and marketing.
Firm slice:
- Development and resumption of land on the site of Eveasses (11 ha) at 2,206,839 Euro (s) HT, after having led All necessary operational studies and all regulatory procedures for the Lonrai area as well as the marketing of the land over 20 years,
- Acquisition, development of the Lonrai site (10 ha): for 3,946,711 Euro (s) HT over 20 years,
- Acquisition and management of real estate for renting existing real estate assets (large mantle offices, la Verriere, Ecouves workshops) 13,193,290 Euro (s) HT over 20 years,
Optional slice 1:
- the construction of an economic operation with a budget of 12 M Euro (s) HT, which would bear investment including management at 19,011,185 Euro (s) HT over 20 years.
The estimated amount of expenses is 19,346,840 Euro (s) HT over 20 years excluding optional tranche
